Neither Party hereto shall have any liability to the other party or to the other party’s Representatives resulting from any use of the Confidential Information except with respect to disclosure of such Confidential Information in violation of this policy.

MISCELLENEOUS PROVISIONS
● We control and/or operate the Site from an office in the United States of America. We do not represent that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Persons who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable without regard to its conflict of laws.
